A Home Designed Around Indoor–Outdoor Living

The concept for Arif Villa focuses on creating a comfortable home where everyday living extends naturally into the outdoors. The planning brings together spacious living and dining areas with a dedicated pool deck, landscaped spaces and parking, while keeping private areas more secluded.

The Planning

The ground-floor layout is organised into distinct zones while maintaining a natural flow between them.

Living & Dining — Separate formal and private dining spaces alongside a spacious living room.
Private Spaces — A master bedroom with wardrobe and attached facilities positioned away from the main living areas.
Outdoor Living — A swimming pool and pool deck create a dedicated space for leisure and relaxation.
Plot Planning — Parking, landscaped areas, entrance foyer and outdoor spaces are carefully arranged within the plot.

Incredible Result

The planning makes use of the available plot while giving each part of the home a clear purpose. The 3D layout brings the plan to life, showing how the indoor spaces, pool, parking and surrounding landscape come together as one cohesive home.
The result is a balanced layout that combines privacy, functionality and open leisure spaces within the plot.
